A thoughtful menu crafted in harmony with the spirit of Good Friday. The experience opens with slow‑fermented bread and light, flavourful starters that honour the day’s dietary customs. Gentle smokiness, herbal notes, and crisp textures set a contemplative tone.Warm, comforting plates follow, prepared with respect for heritage and the purity of each ingredient. Fresh salads, aromatic sauces, and delicately cooked seafood create a balanced progression of flavours. The meal concludes with a classic dessert rooted in Greek tradition, offering a humble yet satisfying close to this meaningful day.
