we welcome Avantis Estate and winemaker Apostolos Mountrichas for a wine‑pairing evening celebrating passion, craftsmanship, and the distinct character of their celebrated labels. 

Five wines meet five signature dishes in a curated gastronomic journey. Guests will enjoy Malagousia, Lenga White, Lenga, Agios Chronos White, and Agios Chronos Red, each paired with a dish crafted by our Chef to highlight the wine’s aromas, structure, and personality. 

To close the night, we serve Lenga Pink Sparkling, served as a refreshing spritz — a bright, elegant finale to this unique wine exploration.
